The Quill was founded in 1885 as a weekly newspaper. Then, in 1903, a daily edition was added and the weekly edition was dropped in 1946. The daily newspaper features local news, AP news, columns, opinion, editorial, letters to the editor, sports, food, outdoors, automotive, features, people and events.
